The key you have entered into the system is either invalid or incomplete. This may be due to a typo or, you have been using a key provided to you at no cost by a reseller host and your website is no longer in their network. Please make sure you have the right key in place and update accordingly.
To restore, please follow the steps below:
Make sure you have the proper key from either your provider or, your activation email received from the license system.
Run the following query against your database directly from within phpMyAdmin
UPDATE `config` SET license='putlicensekeyhere' ;
Click the GO button below the query box
Once completed, revisit your admin area and you should see the login screen. If you do not see the admin login and you see this screen again, please contact our support department.
